(1) Paint your clubs a soothing color. (2) Read a good book during play. (3) Assume a Yoga position after your first triple bogey. (4) Say the Lords Prayer 25 times per hole. (5) Take a relaxing swim in a water hazard. (6) Yodel (7) Ask the cart girl for a lap dance. (8) Use earplugs (9) hold your “security blanket.” (10) Don’t wear tight underwear (11) Listen to Clarence “Frogman” Henry on your I-Pod. (12) Do a “Jumping Jack exercise before each shot, including putts. (13) Think pleasant thoughts such as giving a “waterboard treatment” to the course Ranger.
