photo credit: [F]oxymoron Why do I like Golf? Is there a good reason to like a game that can be so frustrating to the human spirit. A game that costs you a good buck to play (not mentioning the cost of equipment) and leaves you, most of the time, disgusted with yourself. Do you like golf because of the companionship? But couldn’t you relate to your golfing friends at a restaurant or the beach?

Let’s face it folks, golf is an addiction of the highest order. The challenge of getting that little white ball in the hole magnetizes nearly everyone who plays the game. Golf is like any other addiction. The question we face as golf addicts is whether we all want this addiction to end? Not likely.
