photo credit: Brian J. McDermott Andy Plummer and Mike Bennett developed the Stack & Tilt golf swing after 20 years of research and experimentation. The new method dictates that your weight is stacked over the ball for better ball contact. Plummer and Bennett have instructed some of the best known players on the PGA Tour. Aaron Baddeley, Mike Weir, Charlie Wi, Dean Wilson and Eric Axley are all using this new method.
With this technique, the weight remains over the ball on the backswing for greater power. The weight then moves forward in such a way as to enable your swing to bottom out in front of the ball. The purpose of the Stack and Tilt is to generate more power and better contact with the ball. Try this new style, it may improve your game.
